China-Buy constantly follows up the manufacturer. Manufacturers know what to expect when they work with China-Buy. Having established a "sealed sample" quality benchmark and agreed upon production lead time deadlines, China-Buy makes at least twice-weekly visits
to the factory to inspect product according to established benchmarks and to ensure there is nothing to potentially prevent
the meeting of established deadlines.
Once each inspection is completed, a detailed report with digital photographs will be provided, highlighting any actual or potential problems with the order.
In-progress inspections ensure:
- That factories know we mean business when it comes to the quality of the product they are producing and the established deadlines.
- Early detection of production discrepancies and errors and/or raw material or component supply issues.
- Implementation of vital corrective actions at the earliest possible occurrence of any problem
- Negotiatiation with manufacturer concerning rectification of problems, as required
- Avoidance of delays, allowing you to confidently plan delivery schedules at your end.
