For new product development, going from concept to production requires a series of critical steps:

Our clients generally start with at least a concept drawing. From there, it must be engineered and prototyped. Once a ptototype sample has been built, it will go through an iterative process of client feedback and "tweaking" until the finished product meets the client's expectations both in terms of design and quality.

Once the prototype has been signed off, this becomes the "sealed sample", or benchmark, which production quality must meet.

Next, the production process must be formulated to produce the product according to the quality benchmark now established.

Having then established production and delivery deadlines, all future in-progress quality control inspections must ensure that both the production process and resulting quality both meet establised standards and/or are improved if possible.
